Wing Chun

Wing Chun

Wing Chun appeared around the seventeenth century and was developed by the Shaolin nun Ng Mui and was then transmitted by his disciple Yim Wing Chun. This martial art is known for its concentrated attacks on the opponent’s midline.

Pei Mei

Pei Mei

Pei Mei was developed by a Taoist monk who gave his name to his martial art in mid-seventeenth century. It is characterized by explosive techniques and spinning jabs while concentrating on a centralized position.

Wu Dang

Wu Dang

Wu Dang was developed to the twelfth century by the Taoist monk Zhang Sanfeng living on Mount Wu Dang. His techniques are based on the use of flexible and circular movements that make up Tai Chi Chuan Xin Yi and Ba Gua.
